The full MIBRAR® protocol requires unique equipment: Cyber Navi Hand™ (optical navigation), Sono Control Arm™ (robotic ultrasound bracket), CGF Medifuge Silfradent centrifuge, Lipogems® system. All these systems are concentrated in the main clinic in Munich. Partner centers provide consultation and simplified protocols (PRP, basic CGF).

Address: Leopoldstraße 23, 80802 München, Bayern, Deutschland. Bogenhausen district, 10 minutes by U-Bahn (U4) from the city center. Nearest station — Arabellapark (U4). From Franz Josef Strauß airport (MUC) — 35 minutes by taxi (~€50) or 50 minutes by S-Bahn S8 with transfer. We arrange transfer if needed.

Usually 2–3 days: Day 1 — in-person examination and ultrasound, Day 2 — procedure (30–90 minutes), Day 3 — follow-up visit and recommendations. In complex cases (FBSS, multiple zones) — up to 5 days. Visa invitation is issued for 10 days as a buffer.

Yes. All procedures in the Munich clinic are personally performed by Prof. Dr. med. Arsen Babayan — author of the MIBRAR® method, working in Germany since 2005, with 25,000+ procedures. Assistants participate in preparation and finalization. No procedure is delegated.

Yes, partner clinics provide preliminary evaluation, MRI diagnostics, consultations, and simplified PRP/CGF protocols. For the full MIBRAR® protocol (CGF + Lipogems® + Cyber Navi navigation), patients are directed to Munich. We coordinate the logistics.

We issue detailed invoices with ICD-10 and EBM/GOÄ codes for insurance submission. German private insurance (DKV, AXA, Allianz, Barmenia) often reimburses fully or partially. State insurance (GKV) does not cover — MIBRAR® is an IGeL service. International insurance — case-by-case.

Each patient receives a direct WhatsApp contact for the coordinator (response within 4 hours). In emergencies — Prof. Babayans mobile number. All control MRI and labs are sent to Munich for review. Additional video consultations are free for 12 months after the procedure.
